moderate stay experience but the location was too good and convenient

Worst experience ever. I have resided in many hotels around the country, but never had experience like this.
1. Hotel staff and manager are rude in behaviour, didn't even bother about guests.
2. Lifts are not working properly. After 10pm they will create drama if u enter into the hotel.
3. They will always have some issue regarding your presence, which will lead u into inconvenience.
4.I will never recommend this 'kachra' hotel for staying to anyone. Better find some other good hotel.
If anyone is coming to RIMS, and in compulsion they had to stay in hotel, never check-in into this hotel, the hotel management will only make u fool and nothing else.
5. They will force you to check out the room blaming that they had previous booking with the same room.

Worst staff service in the restaurant...they keep customers waiting for food for more than an hour....only one or two staff are available in the restaurant area...
