Very bad service. The worst furniture shop in Ranchi, they don't deliver products timely and make stupid excuses. Half of the time the phone is not reachable. They falsely give consolation that we will deliver your products tomorrow or by today evening only but they forget as soon as they drop the call. I have been very much frustrated and that too even after paying the full amount. Yes that's right these fraud people take full payment beforehand. Of the 3 products we purchased, only 1 has been assembled till now with damage and missing lock keys which they said they will take care of but alas they forgot this also. I wonder when will they install the remaining products as it has been more than a month already. All these 5 star reviews are clearly fake (the pattern of these paid reviews are easily identifiable). I do not recommend anyone, even my enemy to not purchase from HomeTown. There are far better furniture shops in Ranchi and you can get same day delivery in most shops. Just utter frustration and disappointment.

I visited today to buy a Garcia Lounger. Bapi Das employ id 457703 treated me very well, has very good communication skills and provided me with all the information I needed. Very responsive service from the staff. Would recommend looking for him if you're planning to buy anything from there.
