Very very bad store for babies. Everytime I visit this store.....
Always same reply new stock is sold or only having old stocks kindly buy from them. Old stocks postion changed. Exchange is big problem in this store. Don't recommend anybody.

I like this store from the past 2 years. There is a wide range of clothes and other playing material for kids. The behaviour of the staffs are good. Nice to visit.

Worst, worst store i have ever visited in first cry store line.... i should give zero stars
Sales person does not care about customer requirements (summer/winter) only want to sell their old stocks first.
I had gone for exchange today of my yesterday's purchase , I had purchase items of rs 10k approx but among them one dress size doesnot fit to my son. I visited again for exchange. I Doesn't found dress size which i require for my son , sales girl just start selling old stocks . She started telling me ma'am take hoddies, sweater, full tshirt , she was knowing that i already purchase lot of full shirts yesterday i doesnot require any of these. Doesnot helped me whole heartily because I just came for exchange.

I Then my self found a dress t shirt & shorts with lot of difficulties, then I told her to please assure me that dress i found is same amount price or i should again search .... she deliberately told yes ma'am there both match amount of exchange.
Payment Counter boy then told me dress i shop, he is unable to scan kindly, find something else after 15 mins. I told i find this shirt , trouser very hard try in these stocks. Then after 15 min he told exchange price doesnot match, please shop again rs 100. I told give it in cash. They keep me standing about half an hour.
Both sales girl and payment boy start talking then told no ma'am. Please shop 100 rs more. They both continously seeing each other and laughing. I told sales girl pleasefind anything come under rs 100/- she brought old stock mee mee wipes. Then i told her to bring mother sparsh or other small wipes under 100/- no ma'am we don't have others. They have but want to sell their old stock only.
What kind od service is this?? Store manager or owner should look to this matter very seriously!!!!!!
These type of people wasting our hard earn money selling old stocks moreover it is not good for babies also
If you go for exchange these all you have face this store
I request to all people shopping in first cry be clever to such type of store and peoples.
These are destroying reputation of first cry and also trust of first cry from customers
