Rooms are spacious. Staff behaviour is good and the food is really good.

The food is good, spacious halls but the staff behavior and the manager was the worst.... still can't believe that manager called and asked us to leave even before we had our dinner... it was an official meet and after it was over we got to sit and had our dinner.... winding up all of the things for the meeting had taken time and even were humble enough to say to the hotel staff that they can rest, we will serve our own food... still the manager called and told us to leave in 10 mins, that is how this hotel is. Please think twice and then book your hotels for any family function/ official meeting.

Very satisfying experience in all respects. Exemplary customer care with delicious food with unique taste. Big thanks to the Chef and his team. Quiet and enjoyable ambience, beautifully maintained. Best in Ranchi.
