very very bad experience by Bajaj Allianz general insurance pvt Ltd.

I have zero depreciation bike insurance with your company for my FZS Vehicle No- JH01ED5861. My bike met with an accident and for repair I used my insurance policy for my Cashless claim in SHAIL YAMAHA workshop and They gave me a bill of Rs. 18,366/-, against this claim amount we received Rs 14,256/-.

I am not satisfied with my claim because 2 major parts (Tank Side Cover 2 Rs. 1,706/- & Racer Kit BRG Rs. 2,225/-) were not accepted in the claim which amounts to Rs 3,931/-.

So, kindly request you to please see my claim settlement again and Reimburse these payments.

I will never take again Bajaj Allianz motor insurance service, very bad experience for me,
My car is now Hyundai Jamshedpur bodyshop but today 5th day no one visit to servey from Bajaj Excutive that way that my car still there .....there is only car bumper change.
