Not the best but the only option to get your hero bike serviced. An organisation with unmanaged employees. A work which has to be done in 2 hours takes almost 3 to 4 hours. Technicians are also less trained no one is there to supervise them or look over their work. They take a vehicle for inspection but dont focus on their own work else they get busy in others work or day dreaming. But as said there are no other big fascilities than this one.

I have recently purchased a Hero Super Splendor bike from this center. I am really impressed with the thorough professional attitude of staff. Hero Motors as company is following best processes and this center too. You will also get all variants available. I was looking for Disc variant in Splendor which was not available elsewhere, but got it here.
My experience with the Service Center is equally good. After sales support is also really good. Highly recommended if you want to purchase Hero Bikes.
