I recently visited the Realme Service Centre in Daltanganj and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I would describe it as average, without any notable positives or negatives.

The location of the service centre was convenient and easy to find. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me politely and listened to my concerns regarding my Realme device. They took the time to understand the issue and provided me with relevant information regarding the repair process.

However, the service itself left something to be desired. The turnaround time for the repair was longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. This lack of proactive communication was slightly disappointing.

The quality of the repair work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. While my device was fixed and returned to me in working condition, I did notice some minor issues that were not addressed. It would have been better if the technicians had thoroughly checked the device before returning it.

The service centre's facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for customers. The staff members were polite and professional, but they lacked a proactive approach in providing updates and addressing all concerns.

In terms of pricing, the service charges were reasonable and aligned with industry standards. However, I would have appreciated more transparency in the breakdown of costs.

Overall, my experience at the Realme Service Centre in Daltanganj was average. While the staff was polite and the repair was completed, the lack of proactive communication and some minor issues with the repair left room for improvement. I hope they can enhance their customer service and attention to detail to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Service is not that great. It seems that local boys are doing the service rather than Official experts. And most importantly, they ask unnecessary documents (Hardcopy, Signature, Email Id on it) without which also they can give normal service like speaker cleaning and all.
Overall in my opinion, they are following excessive rules which is definately not a hassle-free service.
