Located at Zila School Chowk. Room size is very small, although AC is available in all rooms. No food service is available, so fully dependent on outside.

Poor services , staff are unprofesional and manner less , full night AC not working properly.
Bottled water was local duplicate , room and toilets are being cleaned monthly basis seems like public toilet . there are lots of garbages near the entrance bed are hard and warm like chinese foam I am sure no one will sleep on this. Room size was 6*8 like cage .No vantilations.After power cut no arrangement of light hence you have to live like a jungle...

I am strongly suggest not to stay at hotel Ratan.

Hotel is at good location , Staff is good, but the bathroom is an Indian toilet & ac water pipe leakage is bathroom. It's an average staying experience.
