I booked this hotel for an important online meeting but there was no wifi in the room. The room also has dirty pillows, bedsheets and the service was too bad. I attended meeting using mobile network and I left the room in the evening and requested for refund. The customer care agreed to pay only half the amount which they never refunded even after numerous email chain. They gave petty excuses that there was an issue in my bank account or from their side and I never got my refund back. It has been about 2 years.

This hote is good for 1 day stay. As per the prices you must not think that you will get much. You will also have to compromise in case of network specially if it is Jio. Staff is good and good is good as per the price tag. The entrance to hotel is very narrow and the lift can't house more than 2 people.
