I went treatment to Gynecologist for baby delivery, the services of whole management were very poor. Specially Dr. Sudha Rani who doesn't have manners to talk patient, misbehave with parents of patients. I logged complaint with head HR Mr. Rajeev singh, however no any action taken.

As I was in compulsion, still I got agreed for treatment, they charged huge amount of money in name of tests. Finally they don't provided treatment.

I would highly recommend you all, Never visit Arogyam hospital Hazaribagh.

Yaha sirf paiso ka loot hota hai.

My experience in this hospital was not so good. Although all facilities were available, they were not utilized, such as the TV in the waiting area that remained unused. Some of the doctors, management, and staff of this hospital were rude, while others Doctors treated other like their own son. While I appreciate the presence of good doctors in this hospital, I do not appreciate the management and staff's behavior.

My patient was in 213, Talkeshwar Pandey, I am very happy with the treatment of Dr Rupesh Kumar and thanks to him and team for sending my patient back home happy and sound.

Talking about the services , the cleanliness of washroom needs to be taken care of, rest of the services were good, home like tasty hygienic food, very co-operative canteen staffs, very professional and co-operative floor executive, nursing needs to be trained a bit. Billing department needs to be slight polite. Security services are good.

Thumbs up to the team Arogyam. I would highly recommend this hospital in cities like Hazaribagh.
