Everything is fine, but here everything costs money, if it is enough for them, even if someone comes to charge, they will take money from that too.

Worst service experience ever. I went there for getting fixed charging problem in my c7 pro, insted they ended up damaging my front camera.
When i complained, they started to put the blame on me.
The staff was rude and very unprofessional.
Wouldn't recommend this branch at all.

I spend around 20K bucks to buy Galaxy A50 just a year back although a lot of near & dear ones told me not to buy samsung but I went for it (due to having fascination for it).
Now as it crossed the warranty period, it started to act weirdly(auto restart).. I went to samsung care where they told me to go for several things which I did. But alas, all in vain..
I hv waited over 26 days to get my problem resolved but don't see any chance.
