Bad service now these days. Not friendly for customer, bad behavior ????. No printing machine, forcing for mobile pass book but sometime Mpassbook connection failure to open on mobile. Staff always misbehavior. I never recommending to open Accounts this bank. They asking me close your UPI payment service then I give you new passbook, shameful this kind of services. People needs and necessary to payment UPI service sometime with any UPI platform and they told me close UPI. I am Anger from this PNB bank. Any one Never open new account this bank. Ghatiya banka hai.

even for a deposit slip u need to wait for 15 min sometimes

Staff are very much brastaered and there are all of the staff Bone idle.And they are riff raff staff.In Office our all of the staff they are doing gossiping and unity.
They are not concentrate own his work.
