Courier is good ,on time dilivery but exchange of mobile is bit complicated. They actually don't want to accept exchange even if your mobile is working fine. They give weird reason for not accepting exchage. It took me 1 hr to justify my mobile is perfect and finally they accepted exchange.

Highly unprofessional people, haven't delivered my parcel which is with them since 10th of July. They don't have any contact point, no customer care number and no response from their email as well. Would never recommend this courier service.
