Horrible service. I was travelling on 29th dec. Bus no WB 378084.The bus conducter was arrogant, abusive, and no respect for elder,I have travelled many times by greenline, but first time in shyamoli. The conducter had threateung people. Don't know how these bus services run. They first shold learn to behave. Will not travel again in shyamoli.

Some month ago I came from howrah to asansol of last bus,last time was may be 06:10 at evening from Dharmatala,they sold double ticket of a single sit,when I asked to conductor how it's possible?he said to me if u want to,you come ..otherwise we have no another option,& I was sitted in conductor sit from DHARMATALA to ASANSOL,& my question if I was face any type of incident who took the responsibility? & the latest,the conductor & driver their body language just like a proprietor of this organisation......

Can get buses for Bokaro and kolkata from here, it's a place nearby station and outside a single screen theater and by a liquor shop. Buses just stop here for 5 to 10 mins. More buses between Dhanbad and kolkata are required across the clock.
