Housekeeping staff are quite good, no hidden charges as compare to other hospital every staff are very welcoming specially reception staffs and ICU staffs general ward is little bit crowdy because staffs are availabe more then patients trainee staff are little bit annoying overall good facility in minimum area.
After this ashirbad tower incident your hospital got good promotion so maintain the management as it is. We dhanbad people blesses is with you

Worse experience in this hsptl management is headace..
They love only money nothing else. They prefer to die the patient if u don't have money.
Process is much slower den tortoise. Plz avoide this hsptl.. Each and evry time dey want money money and money.. Plz request u to avoide dis hsptl..

Its good hospital good try to make as a corporate hospital, its treatment oriented hospital, but staff are over conscious,
When patients going to the bed for sleeping at night 11:pm housekeeping staff use to comes inside and start cleaning with full josh, then why washrooms are not proper clean.
yeah cleaning is a good but not late night specially when patients Trying to sleep after done his meals and medicine like sleeping pills etizolam,

Staff nurse comes late night and start medication advance informed to patient, about doses.
There should be curtains for each beds,

Staff behaviour i think it should be change,
Whole night lights switches on
When ask to staff
excuses is its hospital rules,
Attendants mobiles are loud no one to say reduce or like maintain peace,
Staffs use to say patient why are you not taking private room if you heaving problem with rude facial expressions.

I think your staff should make sarcastic, because no one tolerate direct rudeness????

By the way front office and staff are good and good communication skills
