I had an extremely disappointing shopping experience at this particular store. Regrettably, I cannot recommend it to anyone based on the unfavorable treatment I received from the staff. Their behavior was notably lacking in professionalism and courtesy, which left a lasting negative impression on me. Consequently, I have decided that I will not be returning to this store and will discourage others from making purchases here.

This is my very honest feedback.
Visited Jhajharia (Dhanbad Bank more) yesterday and today also. The product I purchased is HDMI cable and USB sound card.
The HDMI cable is very good and no issue in that. The sound card was not working for me and the output was breakig. The audio seems to be muffled and was broken.
Visited the store today (Saturday 15th Apr 2023) and explained the issue and they replaced the device with no question asked.
After returning when i checked the item; again it was not working and had the same issue again. It was quite frustrating and I decided to requet for refund.
This time i brought my laptop with me to show them how their product is performing. At first they checked in their system with their sound box and it was playing good. Although its hard to say whether it was good or not because the audio doesnt had much clearity.
I requested to check in my system with my headphone. The headphone which i have is 3.5 mm jack with audio and mic both in one single pin (4 different parts).
The sales person their requested to sit and be relaxed. He has taken all his units of sound card and sit in front of me and start checking one by one. He was very polite and calm. One by one he was checking and was getting worried if the seller have given all the faulty product to them.
At last he took one of his headphone from the store which has two different connectors of sound and mic and checked.
The output was amazing. it was very crisp and clear. He then handed over the headphone to me and requested to check. When i checked, i was also so amazed of the sound quality of it.
Then i checked the mic and it was also working fantastic. I then reliazed may be the the 3.5mm jack of my headphone is not compatible with this sound card.

I must say according to my experience. The manager their to this store is really so polite and do listen to their customer. All the sales person are really good and too polite. The only drowback to this store is that they wont process refund on any circumstances. My item was of quite cheap but still they didnt consider to refund.
All in all good store to consider.
