Worst place to buy laptop, never buy any product from them they don't have any knowledge of the laptop software settings and they provide the worst service, i had issues of ms office in my new laptop which I buyed from here only as they don't know how to setup any new laptop during the sell and when I have gone to them again for solving the issue they again made the issue worst and Done something with the ms office that now I am not able to activate the ms office account. They are illiterate people with a low quality place.

There is no option to give non negative marking. The worst experience ever. The Rakesh guy told us to trust him I will give you a compatible charger for the laptop. As usual the compatible charger was way too slow in taking 6 hours to full charge a non working laptop and he says that's usual. Any IT guy can tell clearly how badly he was making fool of a customer. Plz friends do not trust his products. They are all poor quality products. His behavior towards my father was so rude, he started talking in a high pitch tone with my father and he expected me to be quite since he is elder than me. How can I be quite when he shouted at my father and talking. Just rediculous.

Worst place ever found for the servicing of the laptops. I would recommend everyone of you reading this go somewhere else but never ever come to this shop. I've been circling this shop over 2 months for my dell laptop's repairing and still they have not repaired it. I had the worst experience here. Even though they are not telling me whats the problem with my laptop. I really recommend you find somewhere else for repairing your laptop. Customer service is very diappointing.
