We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, Excellent service too

We were a group of six and spent two nights in this hotel. Our experience was pleasant.

The receptionist and staff of all departments, were very helpful and courteous and ensured our needs were met. A special mention goes to the receptionist - he came to our rescue in our hour of need and Abid, who works in the restaurant.

The rooms could do with an overhaul and there is scope for improvement from the cleanliness point of view, both in the rooms and the common areas.

I stayed in this hotel last week for 5 nights. The quality of service and food they offered were excellent. The behavior of Mr munir and his whole team was heart touching. I express my thanks to them for a memorable stay in Kashmir.
