I stayed in hotel mazda for 3 days. Very poor experience overall. Dirty and stinky rooms. On name of family room they give extra mattress to sleep. Very poor food quality. They served us rotten and baasi food. Very expensive tea (₹70) that too of very bad taste. Location is also bad. Management is poor. They don't even care about your problems and ignore them. Hot water was not available for 2 days.

Only positive that the boys serving and cooking food were really cooperative.

Service provided by ASIF MIR (Reception), AZHAR MIR (Supervisor),Junaid, Shahid and Umar was EXCELLENT ... CLEANLINESS was upto mark... We reached hotel late night at @2am.. Still Asif and Shahid provided us dinner for which we are THANKFUL...
ENJOYED STAY... Staff is very Co-operative, helpful and handsome????????❤

WE VISITED DURING APRIL 2022(ID SEASON), THEY SAID 80% OF THE STAFF IS ON LEAVE, ROOMS ARE OK, BUT SERVICES, FOOD WAS ONE OF THE WORST I EVER CAME ACROSS.
ALTHOUGH THE STAFF GUYS TRIED THEIR BEST TO COOK,SERVE BUT IT WAS LIKE MONKEY WAS TRYING HARD TO CONTROL THE JUNGLE AS A KING... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY ANYTIME... AND THE TRAVELLER THROUGH WHICH IT WAS BOOKED WAS ALSO A FRAUD....Overseas Holidays
...THEY ARE A CHEAT NEVER EVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM THEM
