We were visited in March third week but lately wrote here.
Place Nice, Very cool and on hill side so gives different beauty.

Rooms... Clean and Neat

Food Nice and serve heartily.

Room Heater ... Good .

Staff... Very Nice and Helpful.

Special thanks to One person serving in food department, name start with "N" .. sorry forgotten name.

Simply beautiful hotel for stay.

This resort is located at a really good altitude from dal lake. You can have a full view of dal lake from its garden. We got one room with front view which we really loved. The food is really awesome. Especially the chicken curry with rice. The rooms are clean and the resort is well balanced in temperature inside.
Cons: 1. In one of our rooms the bath drainage was blocked which created a mess while bathing.
2. We left early morning at 6 am as we had flight at 8. We were not served even basic tea toast which was included with our room booking. One of the guy whom we asked for breakfast said that he will come in 5 mins as he had to do morning namaz. But he didn't come for half an hour and we had to leave without breakfast.
Otherwise I really recommend the resort if you want to have a good experience overall.

Hotel,staff and food really good.we enjoyed.must stay here and enjoy the paradise.
The reason I'm giving a second review today is because we forgot some of our clothes at the hotel and I've got all my clothes today. Hotel people courior my all clothes.
It's a big thanks to Impex Hotel and staff.
