Its a good hotel. Very attentive staff. Beautiful ambience and decent rooms.

Only negative point is service is very slow.
Kitchen is in ground floor, restaurant is in 5th floor.

So any time you complain, you will receive the same logic.

Overall, it is very nice hotel, food is good, staff are helpful and cooperative.

Rooms are beautiful.

Nice hospitality. Neat and clean rooms. Food is good without harm to health. Courteous in extending service by the Team. Totally awesome experience of stay. Best Wishes ???? and recommend strongly to who prefer a pleasant stay in 4 star category.

Rooms are good and are high tech.. But that's the only plus point.
Food is pathetic and unhygienic. My daughter and I had stomach upset after eating the food here and it spoiled all our vacation plans. There was couple of small stains from my daughter vomiting after eating their food and they charged Rs.1200/- extra for cleaning.

Location is also bad its in a small lane. Main road is only 500 mtrs away but you can't walk alone on this road.

Better to avoid this hotel and book any other hotel which is on the main road.
