Big lawn with 2 fully air conditioned halls along with good parking space. Proper sheds in lawn for smooth operation during rains. Good for low-budget and large gatherings.

Beautiful place for marriage functions. Minus one for the road that leads to hall (based on my experience) although it is not their fault but of local administration . The road is full of uneven pits and very poorly maintained.

Parking facilities for vehicles satisfactory, Place is good for parties and wedding Ceremonies , way toward Resort is not pitched, suitable for those who lives areas nearby Airport or western part of Jammu , Bathroom is average but not cleaned
