One of the worst hotel I have ever visited till now . Staff behavior was very rude including manager. There is no hygiene, pathetic place, food quality is also very poor .
Their good reviews are written by themselves.
I will not recommend anyone to waste Their money and time in this pathetic hotel

This is one of first and last mistake in my life that I had booked your hotel.Its a pathetic experience which I have ever experienced in my life.
Even prisoners also not get this type of behavior and facilities which you guys done it.I surely know that you follow your rule that customer is KING than how can you treat customer like this.
Delay in check-in/check-out or other services
Improper (unclean) rooms and housekeeping
Staff’s mistakes (complaints about staff behaviour)
Maintenance issues/complaints
Additional charges or billing errors
Bad customer experience.
I am also a part of service sector where I understand customer pain is my pain.
I don't work for money only you guys also understand this and give better service to your customer which they deserve and they are giving you hard earned money.
Guys who all are going to book this property please get everythings get clear from their end.

The taste of food was not bad but it was too oily and rooms were average and the behaviour of staff was average ...
