Location is good. hotel staff are nice. nearby market is also great. very affordable and genuine rate. food is also good. high speed wifi, hot water, AC, smart TV in room; all working properly. loved it.

This is the worst hotel in terms of professionalism and customer satisfaction I have encountered in my entire life.
I cannot comment on the services they offer at the hotel , but I have been a victim of the commitment they shared for booking a stay.
Initially a booking of room of tariff 2200 , which i confirmed over phonecall was later told due to being booked by someone online ( well understood) and me not paying the token , was elevated to 2400 , of which when I paid 1000 Rs as a token for reservation, and confirmed for the same over call, agreeing with the early check in amount as well, reconfirming before boarding the train , was on reaching the hotel after 600 kms journey , i found it to be not confirmed.
They offered me another room for just Rs 3400 ( approx). which i refused to take , as I found it not worth it.

The staff is highly unprofessional,you will get n number of people at the reception whom you will be talking throughout your entire process of booking at the hotel and what is interesting is that nobody will be competent enough to take the responsibility and get your issues resolved.
They also have an accountant whose name they will take to give the refund amount back( who comes at 10 am) but Still I haven't received any refund even after their commitment of giving the same within a day or two.
It is not just about money ,it is about the experience you offer to someone who visits the property.
I hope the hotel owners understand the reason behind this and help other customers who visit the place to get a probably better experience than this one which i had.
