STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS RUDELESS AND ABUSIVE.
STAFF DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER AND THREATENS THE CUSTOMER.
NO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN LADIES AND GENTS TRIAL ROOM
LADIES AND GENTS ITEMS ARE KEPT ON THE SAME FLOOR.
Needs to give proper training to the staff on HOW TO BEHAVE WITH A CUSTOMER.
PROPER IDENTIFICATION OF EACH AND EVERY SECTION AND ITEMS SO THAT THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY CLASH WITH THE CUSTOMER.
IF Necessary Customer should ALSO LODGE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THEIR COMPLAINT BOOK AND HIGHLIGHTS TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT.

Staff nature is helpful and nice but they need to add more things for shopping like in room decor, stationary and perfumes etc.
