Studied here for years.
Some teachers are really really good and supportive yet there are those who instead of helping the student will just make them feel stupid and incompetent and will be proud in doing so.
Apart from teachers there's also an issue of giving more importance to kids whose parents have "important" jobs.

Worst school, only some teacher are sportive, other are very bad and insult weak student and favor bright student and they started to ignore weakones and dimoralise them pressuring them mentally calling them a failure and their headache to study not theirs . They talk very politly with bright student and their parents where insult weak student and their parents
