Location is perfect…Located in 15 miles, 14 km away from Manali …food quality in the camp is awesome! …But sleeping and staying facilities should be increased ⛰️

Food Tastes good.
Service isn't great.
Expensive. I'd say Value for money is a joke here ..
Waiters are arrogant and disrespectful.

I recently visited Mayur Restaurant with high hopes and expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left me deeply dissatisfied. From the lackluster food quality to the abysmal service, it was a disappointing dining experience from start to finish.

Let's start with the food. The menu boasted an enticing array of dishes, but the reality fell far short of the descriptions. The appetizers arrived lukewarm, lacking the freshness and flavor one would expect. The main course was even worse, with overcooked and dry meat that was nearly inedible. The presentation was sloppy, and it seemed like no effort was put into ensuring that the dishes looked appetizing. The ingredients seemed to be of poor quality, resulting in a bland and unmemorable taste overall.

Equally disheartening was the service provided by the restaurant staff. The waiters appeared indifferent and disinterested, making it clear that they had little regard for our dining experience. They were slow to take our orders and seemed to forget about us entirely, leaving us waiting for extended periods. Requests for condiments or refills were met with apathy and took an unnecessarily long time to fulfill. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training in customer service and basic hospitality.

To add to the frustration, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was far from inviting. The atmosphere was dull and lacked any charm or character. The tables were crammed together, leaving little privacy and making it difficult to have a conversation without being interrupted by neighboring diners. The noise level was also excessive, making it challenging to enjoy a peaceful meal.

Given the subpar food quality, lackluster service, and disappointing ambiance, I cannot recommend [Restaurant Name] to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. The prices charged were not justified by the quality provided, leaving me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer superior food and service, making it easy to overlook this establishment entirely.

I sincerely hope that the management of Mayur Restaurant takes this review constructively and works towards improving the quality of their food, training their staff, and creating a more pleasant dining environment. Until then, I will be avoiding this restaurant and urging others to do the same.
