Location is beautiful in night, staff is friendly, Rooms were not clean I was surprised to see drawers full with used condom wrappers , in-house kitchen is too much slow so avoid ordering food from them, you can order from zomato instead.
And yes do not book through Agoda, they will show you breakfast is included but property owner will straight away denies it and will say they don't have tie-up with agoda, 3 star just for the location and staff

Just for people but otherwise it has lot many problems. If improved, this is really worth the stay. Excellent owner. Amazing utilities but planned in worst manner. Looks like Engineer has duped the owner by giving him wrong ideas. Just for owner and staff, i'm giving 5 stars.
