Well i am very disappointed abt there service, they have told me that they will give connection and they took all my detail and even charge me 4240 rs for the connection and nw day after that they says we wont b able to give connection to ur place even though i stay near to mall road. There technical team says something and the service provider say other thing, jioteam been very disappointing, no such as professional way of doing all they care about is taking ur personal detail like adhara card no and charges.

Kindly provide a valid telephone number plus a secondary number also ...Because of this many customers of jio changing their connections to other . I must say a pathetic service jio have in solan .I dont want to give a single star for solan jio. kindly redress this problem otherwise it would be diffcult for you jio employees of solan to work there .PATHETIC EMPLOYEES AND THERE SERVICE

The attitude of staff is very casual and they seems to be just passing time and ignoring you if you ask them. They are not even well trained to handle issues.
They have very long processing time for even small things like issuing a new sim.
