I loved iamd center because here physiotherapy is good to improve me you can come for dmd muscular dystrophy you will find compression and here you stay you will feel like your family this is feeling not only a iamd center muscular dystrophy

6 star amazing place, great feeling. My Deep respect to all staff and physiotherapists. They are doing a divine task. My experience is described below.

*Day 0*

Self, my wife and 6 yr old son going through DMD were greeted by a friendly receptionist, made to fill a one page form & put through a 3 Min interview. We were guided into the room allotted for us. Ambience was beautiful.

*Day 1-7*

daily yoga & evening engagement, day time physiotherapy & hydrotherapy for 4 Hrs by domain experts who’ve handled MD children, an outing on day 5 & a healthy diet.

*Pros*

- Ambience
- Team of physiotherapists
- very cooperative & humble Adm staff (they’ll get whatever item you want from wherever required at the most reasonable price.
- Info Sharing Platform
- Hydro Theraphy

*Cons*

- Jailed feeling cos you’re not permitted to move out beyond 4 PM

- No supermarket close by

*What You Pay & What to Expect*

- Amt : 1500/- per day for pvt room (Incl physiotherapy, food) for Indl & caretaker. Rs 500/- per Addl caretaker (Incl food)

- A Single room with Beds, door mat, Geyser, dustbin & a safe storage almirah with a lock.

- Not permitted to Move Outside for these seven days

*Items to carry*

- coffee powder (for black coffee enthusiasts) : you can get hot water from the floor RO / kitchen / Cafe

- Lots of Snacks

- Moisturiser

- Scissors

- Caretakers to Avoid shoes since you’ve remove them during various sessions.

- Clothing & Toiletries

- Spoon, Knife, Cup, Tumbler : 01/02 for pers use, for meals they’re provided in kitchen

- Cloth Clips

- Washing Powder small pkt

*Places to Visit*

Though moving out is not permitted, sneaking out in day lt hrs in own Veh has found to be safe if you are well versed with Hill driving. Following are some “Must Visit” places :

- Jatoli Shiv Temple

- Solan Market

- World Heritage Museum (It’s a temple)

- Bon Monastery

- Kundla Shiv Temple (Only for adventure enthusiasts)

Everything is taken care of, the diets are designed as per the nutritional requirements of the patients, From food to physiotherapy, to mental wellness of patients, all is taken care of. All amenities are designed while keeping wheelchair users and patients in mind.
