The food at the cafe was rather mediocre, with the pizza lacking any hint of salt. Despite this disappointment, we decided to overlook it. However, the service we received was absolutely abysmal. When we requested water, we were presented with a choice between bottled or regular. The first option was acceptable, but when we requested regular water again, we were bluntly informed that only bottled water was available, completely disregarding our rights as consumers.

Furthermore, when we informed the staff that we would settle for regular water, the server responded with a disdainful expression and sought permission from their supervisor. Thankfully, the supervisor displayed some decency by personally attending to our request and filling our cups at the counter. On the other hand, the server completely disregarded us, casually ignoring our presence and retreating to the kitchen. We stood there for a frustrating two minutes, assuming they may have had other orders to tend to. When the server eventually emerged, they continued to avoid eye contact and deliberately withheld our water.

As paying customers, we expected to be treated with a basic level of respect and courtesy. If the establishment did not wish to serve regular water, a simple apology accompanied by an explanation, such as "We regret to inform you that we do not offer regular water," would have sufficed. Such behavior, marked by arrogance and facial expressions of disdain, is not only incredibly rude but also reflects a lack of professionalism.

Needless to say, this visit to the cafe was my first and last. I have no intention of returning to an establishment that fails to value its customers and treats them in such an appalling manner.

Very nice, pizza is very tasty…. good time here but u will not found washroom in this restaurant…. so plz be prepared before come ????????????

I was in hurry because my can was waiting for me and hungry too and the staff was so quick to prepare and pack the meal for me in 5 minutes . It was an amazing experience . I will surely come next time to dine- in . Thank you
