Had the WORST EXPERIENCE of a lifetime.
Their website itself shows them offering chandigarh manali trips(4d/3n) for 12000/- & they charged me 18000/- for kulu (pick up) Manali -chandigarh( drop) a total of 4d/3n. I am to blame partially as I didn't check their rates online and allowed myself to be SCAMMED BIG TIME. Very rude people manning the desk AND IRRESPONSIBLE drivers ( was watching a cricket match while driving) . Lost money and peace of mind. The lady got abusive when I asked for a reduction in the final amount as many place s couldn't be visited due to snowfall. . The last day I had to cough up 3000/- for a 6 km ride. Not only that they ask for a humongous 40% in advance and you stand to loose all of it if any last minute changes happen due to unforseen circumstances.. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE is my advice based on my atrocious experience. In the end I terminated their services though it was a financial loss to me. Businesses should be run in an ethical manner.. As a customer I am also prepared to understand and forego certain things.... But charging 3000/- for 6 kms... Who does such an unethical practice. Refer an earlier review by Farzaan also where he talks of a mismatch in rates displayed and rates quoted..

Don’t go with them, they are complete unreliable and unprofessional. They have outsourced our total package to local drivers in less cost and we got very bad experience on getting Ertiga car while we booked Innova car for entire trip. Also when we asked for receipt copy after doing all payment, they are asking additional 5% GST amount for getting receipt copy.. this is just a exploitation of situation.
