HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
I have heard and seen good reviews about the property but to my experience this was highly disappointed, in the first week of June 2023, we reserved one room for a night there, transaction and confirmation on the email was done. We were half way through Shimla and the manager or somebody named Rohit from the property calling us and making up a story that they cannot provide us with the room. Even after a lot of communications and email confirmation for the room, he did not let us get onto the property and suggested us some alternatives! Later he agreed to give us a bonus night whenever we visit again but that too not on the email, jus verbally. Our entire trip got ruined cuz of Rohit and White Haven. I would request the owner and the management team to look after this once.

Excellent place, hospitable staff, excellent freshly cooked food big beautiful rooms with marvellous views. Instead of staying at any five star hotel one should definitely consider this property. Very well organised new year party with bonfire and great live music.

The room which we booked was a suite room and had an ultimate view.. the service was fast and the breakfast was tasty... Overall a good experience...
