Excellent place to stay. This hotel is located at a very convenient location with heavenly panoramic views of the hills. Also, the staff is very cooperative and polite. We reached Shimla a bit late at 11pm and I was surprised to see that they called us and kept a check when we were on the way. We were warmly welcomed with food for our family directly in our rooms. Talking about the food, it was very tasty and cleanly served. Proper hygiene and tidiness were maintained. The property is convenient to reach, a short narrow road that leads to the hotel, but it’s all worth it. We had MAP included, no complaints about the food as well. Truly, I would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Shimla. Very nice experience overall. It’s worth every single penny.

Great place and great people. Loved the service, room and food and location.

The only constraint is no parking but hotel provides pick up and drop service from nearby locations.

Room size is decent and views outside are awesome.

Overall summary: Good and decent place for family except you are not travelling by your own vehicle.

We stayed here for 1 day and two nights, the location of this place is very critical and difficult to find and reach, Be very cautious about the roads which are very narrow and dangerous. But the ambience of the hotel and views are spectacular. The food also was good and the captain was also very welcoming and humble. The hotel is located a little far and down the hill so you can't easily go out for a walk to hangout and explore the town. The one thing i loved most is their terrace space where one can sit in groups and enjoy the breathtaking views of back hills and also enjoy their own content to play in projector, the screen which is installed on the front wall of Hotel which gives a uniqueness. The rooms also were nice and you get hot water anytime in bathroom without any hassle of Geyser. I t is advisable to avoid the lift/elevator in this hotel as we 6 people got stuck in the lift very badly and were rescued by hotel staff from a narrow passage.
