This hotel is a decent one but pricey for what they offer. We booked a junior suite for a night. The rooms could be bigger and more modern. The location is good but the hike upto Mall road is a steep one. You could take the lift though but getting to the lift will take a while due to Shimla traffic. The room service is slow at times. Overall an overpriced hotel that manages to do the things mostly right.

Loved the hotel overall. Great entertainment for the whole family. Room service was always on point and the food tasted great. The location I feel could be a little better in terms of proximity to mall road (be prepared for a 15 min uphill walk).

We stayed for two nights.

During our second night, there was a loud party going on in the restaurant due to which they'd shut the restaurant down. We had to go all the way to the restaurant to learn that fact that it was closed.

More over loud music was being blasted till late night which was a very huge discomfort considering we tourists need rest. The breakfast buffet barely had any options, please do not pick breakfast buffet.

Hot water in the bathroom does not come round the clock, only comes in certain hours in the morning and night. For the price point you'd expect that but unfortunately not.
