The place was very nice and comfortable but the caretaker Bobby ruined the experience for us. He was forcing us to check-out at 11am where it was actually mentioned that the check-out is at 12pm. Rachel had also sent us a mail mentioning the checkout time at 12pm and in the app while we booked the same thing was mentioned as well. He was very rude and impolite when we mentioned that our checkout is at 12pm. He even raised his voice at us and was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive. While checking out we had a big bag for which we required assistance to carry it downstairs but when we requested him to help us over the call he told that he was not present at the property and will not be able to help. We had to call the manager and explain the entire scenario. Bobby then came running implying he was actually lying and was present at the property at the time.

Extremely well kept and cosy airbnb in Shimla .Far from the hustle bustle and nested right in the heart of the humble residential lanes of local residents males it a very peaceful stay location. It's more of a place to come ,drop your bags and leave and come back again in the night to rest.

A great Homestay, only a few options such as this are available all over INDIA. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. I was really impressed with how the place is managed.

It’s like an apartment unit with a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary requirements needed for a modern traveler.

The place is beautifully done with wooden touches all over the place. It’s minimalist yet classy. The staff was really warm and accommodating, especially Abhishek. They have all the necessary amenities like a washing machine, dryer, and iron at your disposal for a small fee.

I had tried to book the same place last year too, but due to some repairs, it was unavailable. Lucky that I got it this time.

It’s about 5km from Mall Road, and it is very walkable to and fro. If you are not a fan of walking, public transport is available from the main road to THE LIFT @Rs 10.

They have a simple breakfast included which is more than one can ask for in the room rates. HIGH VALUE FOR MONEY.

I would love to come back again and stay all over again.
