It is a nice temple on the way to Tara Devi temple. Very peaceful environment and not very crowded. From the back side of the temple you can have a great view of the city. Be aware of the monkeys :)

Sankatmochan temple is the only temple where I saw Shri Ram ji and Mata Sita ji idol without Lakshman ji and Hanuman ji. A temple from where we can see the beautiful view of Shimla city. It has two ways to visit the temple, one is the road and another is stairs. Must visit.

Sankatmochan temple is the only temple where you can find idols of Shri Ram Ji and Mata Sita Ji apart from Lakshman Ji and Hanuman Ji. There is also prasad shop at the entrance so you can buy prasad from there.
