India is heading towards a digital, cashless economy but this office is going backwards. If you are willing to pay your property tax online, don't expect any kind of intimation even on your registered mobile number. Your efforts to pay taxes online will mostly go in vain as most of the times the website doesn't work due to "allegedly unrectifiable technical glitches" while on some odd occasions, the system will not generate a receipt despite the amount being deducted from your bank account & the same tax will be added into the succeeding bill as arrear. I wonder if people working in this office actually take pride in the abysmally poor work they're doing!
