I would suggest to park your cars here only if you're a tourist, coz in shimla you will not get good parking place like plains.
It's quite risky to take cars on height too.
We kept our car for 5 days it was very safe there..we were tension free totally.
We took taxi after leaving our car here.
It's quite trustworthy place.

It's near Shima Bypass crossing, you can board the Delhi buses from here. Its a huge multi-storey parking with restaurants and washrooms. You can catch Zingbus from here.

We have good experience here. Charges is reasonable approximate 40-50rupess for 3-4hours.
