I Booked mountain bliss room for 2 days for my family But they allotted us the window room n less spacious room beside it but staff was Polite and helpful they changed it but next day.Be careful while booking they have only 1 mountain bliss room and they don't have dining area included only sitting area. Rooms and washroom were clean n hygienic. Hotel is good at reasonable Price????Must Visit.????Food was Delicious and at reasonable Price.
The best part of the hotel is they had female staff mostly, the way they encourage female to earn bread n butter with safe environment is appreciable and also for family it's comfortable to communicate.In Shimla it's rare to found.

nice hotel in shimla
the hotel is well maintained new property..the staff is polite and courteous.. the food is ok. rooms are big and comfortable. Location is accessible to all major attractions. I recommended it highly for family stays in the budget of 5000-6000 for a night.

Stayed in the hotel for one night. A little far from the main shimla but good view of the city and lovely food. The staff was also very polite. Had to leave early in the morning but the staff ensured we got the breakfast before time and even packed sandwiches for us as promised to us the night before. Had a lovely time. All the best wishes to the entire team.
