Useless lab their results are ambiguous and create a lot of confusion because they are not accurate and a lot of variation is there in their values.
Moreover a test which is conducted in lal path / SRL or any other lab takes 1 or two days for reports they take a week time to reflect that report.
The reports are not available on their website not available for I phone users also their reports get downloaded from their app on google store which keeps on crashing frequently.
Hp govt should cancel their contract with them like Rajasthan govt has cancelled its contract with such a lethargic and pathetic lab they are playing with the lives of patients

Very bad services specially at knh shimla the washroom
Is pathetic it stinks like hell
The reports are not available for download on their website and not available for iPhone users.
Even on android the reports don’t get download the app crashes.
Staff is also very rude.
The previous SRL lab was the best their reports were accurate and available online on their website we didn’t had to struggle to download the same .
Sorry to say but Krisna a diagnostics is below average in all levels

Worst experience at krsna lab igmc ...poorest staff don't know how to talk or treat the customer especially a lady named BARKHA
She literally don't know how to talk extremely rude behaviour
They don't know when to take sample and how to give report۔۔۔too poor services
Completely disappointed
