End point for ropeway to Jakhoo Hanuman Mandir. Main temple is a very small walk from here. Cost of ride for both sides is 490/- and 400/- for adults and kids, respectively. Visitors can also opt for a single side ride for lesser price. One side ride takes around 7 min. Waiting area at this station is smaller compared to the start station at the bottom. There is a amall snacks counter but was serving only popcorn. Air hockey table is also installed to use on pay basis but was not working. Each ropeway cabin can sit 6 people. View of Shimla and surrounding mountains from ropeway cabin is awesome.

Generally it’s waiting there but it clears fast. Ropeway is a good experience.
Station is just ok. There is a washroom & a small shop for some ok types quick snacks. Better carry ur own water & chips.

Jakhu Ropeway is the main attraction in Shimla. As there is nothing else to do but Gondola takes you to a point where you can see somewhat beatiful mountains.
