It is a prime property situated on Mall road, just some stairs have to be walked out. It was worth staying in this property, because of the Front Office Manager Kaul Singh who was very polite and helpful person. so nicely and gave a very good deal for the room booking and in the morning he guided me to make sure I can explore Shimla easily. I really admire his service and Hotel Shiwalik owner should proud at him. Food quality was good

Good hotel with good view.
Food is also good and staff is very co operative. Mr.Kaul Singh and all the cab staff is very helpful.
All the famous spots are also very near to it.
I prefer you to go there and stay for your holidays.

The hotel is very well decorated and maintained. The staffs were cordial and especially the front office manager Kaul Singh was very warm and co operating. The only problem we faced was that the heaters were chargeable in this cold which should be included as a part of the room rent. Food was also okayish. Otherwise great stay.
