The hotel's food and room service were both below average. The food was of poor quality and failed to meet even the basic standards of taste and presentation. Similarly, the room service was slow and unresponsive, with staff taking a long time to attend to guests' needs, if at all. This resulted in a frustrating experience for guests who were looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The hotel management needs to improve the quality of food and the responsiveness of their staff to provide a better experience to guests. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We have booked this hotel for 21st May to 23rd May, 2023. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make My stay enjoyable. Hotel is at very convenient location and the amenities were great.
Will definitely book again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

I booked this hotel through Himachal Travel wings. The hotel staffs were very helping. There foods was so tasty. We were reached Shimla at 11:00 PM. After that they given to us dinner with respectfully.
