Very poor maintenance... TV socket was in burnt condition, bathroom drainage was blocked and water flooded... Complaint was made to house keeper and further to Mgr. They failed to correct this in 2 attempts.

Rooms were good and price was reasonable. There was adequate parking available. The only issue was very slow services as the staff was inadequate and non professional. Rest was good.

Pros - 1) alongside road 2) Parking available 3) Good view (annadale ground just in front of hotel ) 4) Personal Balcony 5) Room service +6) Clean rooms 7) Super cooperative staff8) Away from market so v peaceful9) affordable Cons -1) Situated a bit far from centre of city 2) Small washroom's ( toilet seat placed in very congested space )3) Small roomsP.S - just in case you are having any (CBT) exam in annadale shimla go for this hotel located very near to online exam centre .Rooms are small but cozy ❤️Overall good experience staying here .
