The hotel staff was very much polite and helpful. The rooms were big and clean. Food was delicious. The restaurant staff especially Mr. Saurabh was taking care of everybody's food and showed hospitality. Overall service was good. Only thing is that it is located above ISBT Bus stand so sometimes noise may be there. But our room was valley facing so we didn't face noise problem and the windows had double layer of glass.

I came to Shimla for travelling purpose and stayed in hotel CK international. I have received the great hospitality from all the staffs including front desk, room service and dining staffs. This hotel is best suited for family visit. The hotel food is delicious and room views/ambience is superb.

I stayed there for a day with my husband in a vacation. The hotel is on the 4th floor of shimla Tutikandi bus stand. Lift is there in the building to reach the hotel. All rooms are on a single floor. We booked a deluxe mountain view room along with dinner and breakfast. The hotel room is very clean, spacious and well organised. The bed is very comfortable. Tv, fan, geyser, ac... All basic amenities are provided. Service is very good. Both breakfast and dinner had a nice spread and the food was very tasty. Very much satisfied with my stay.
