I m trying to register my family member with my HPSBY card, but always facing a technical issue of Aadhar Card already exist, so many time I contact you this office, did mails, but no positive reply from experts of this department, even phone lines always busy if by chance get connected they will talk rudely. So its hopeless system for some peoples due to their technical issues. Going to write about this directly CM of HP, n Health Department of HP.
