The rooms are very nice and clean with a beautiful view if taking left side rooms. The right side rooms are spacious with bunker beds which is a very good option if you have kids. Location is perfect and hotel is near the lift which makes your stay easy to move around. Shortcut to church and mall road and is just 5 minutes from hotel. Food is bit overpriced and its noisy at night due to Pyramid lounge and bar. But parties are usually till 11pm but have nice ambience. Just a small suggestion to have sound proof rooms so guests wont be disturbed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

good hotel. excellant location, just situated on mall road. easily accessible from lower roads as its just opposite to tourist lift. view is awesome. breakfast is good and staff is very friendly. overall it was excellant 3 days stay with family.
Its location as hotel is situated at center of mall road so many spots are easily accessible. Staff is also very friendly.

Location wise good just near to the lift. But reaching to the hotel will need an extra effort to find as there are multiple hotels sharing the common premises. It's better call the hotel once u reach and ask someone to be there.
Valley view rooms are good with a balcony but there are only 4-5 rooms of these kind I guess rests are not worth staying. They have love DJ in the restaurant and that makes your life horrible till 11 PM if u are in the rooms. Those loud music literally makes very annoying sounds inside room.
Service needs improvement, most of the instructions they can't follow and mix it up.
Food quality is average but expensive.
