On time & wonderful travel experience!

I have never seen such a humble and polite taxi service provider, who himself drove from Shimla to chandigarh and back to shimla just to fulfil his commitment! This happened because the cab driver who was supposed to come to pick us up at the chandigarh airport had some emergency and couldn’t turn up. But instead of last minute cancellation, Bhatia ji, who is the owner of the bhatia car rental, himself drove for almost 9 hrs non stop from Shimla-Chandigarh-Shimla and dropped us at our destination on time! Also, he was very polite, humble and even helped guide about Shimla and its tourism places to visit. The car was very clean and bhatia ji himself wore a mask in the entire journey! Really appreciate your service and I definitely recommend Bhatia Car rentals to anyone planning a trip to Himachal Pradesh.

Unprofessional owners, and 3rd class service. We asked for a driver and mentioned car was automatic yet they sent a driver who couldn't drive an automatic car. When we spoke to the owner, their response was "well what can we do", would give 0 if possible

My trip wouldn't have completed if I had not got service from Bhatia cabs.
Firstly need to thank u for giving me the car on immediate basis with an amazing costing..The car was well maintained and the driver made sure he drove us safely to our destination.The co.def deserves at 5* and thank u for the wonderful service.
