I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ekart. My experience with this courier company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my genuine feedback to caution others about the abysmal quality of their services.

First and foremost, the customer care support at Ekart is utterly unresponsive and unreachable. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through the numbers provided on their website, none of the calls ever connect. It is baffling that they would display contact numbers if they are of no use to the customers. Furthermore, their lack of response to emails only exacerbates the frustration and helplessness experienced by customers. It seems that Ekart has no interest in addressing customer concerns or providing any form of support.

To make matters worse, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, Ekart demonstrates a complete lack of urgency and efficiency in resolving them. It appears that they only take action when a parcel reaches the point of being marked as RTO (Return to Origin). This practice is highly unprofessional and leaves customers in a state of distress and uncertainty. It is appalling that Ekart is unwilling to address issues promptly and instead waits for them to escalate to such an extent.

The overall level of service provided by Ekart is nothing short of pathetic. Their inability to respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner is highly unacceptable. I regret ever choosing Ekart as my courier service provider, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of their services.

In conclusion, Ekart's services are characterized by their unresponsive customer care, ineffective issue resolution, and an overall lack of professionalism. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident, and it is truly disheartening to witness such a woeful level of service.

They are asking me for extra rupees to deliver my parcel that is already reached at my delivery hub. And they are not sending my parcel to me from 3 days.
